Yoga 

Arise & Energise Yoga Class

 This is an open level, 3 week yoga course, designed to awaken the body, mind and spirit by combining mindful and energising flows with a stimulating visualisation meditation for a more connected, energetic and peaceful day.

All equipment supplied however feel free to bring your own mat and block.

Fridays: Yin Yoga at the Lakeside & Sauna

6.30pm – 8.00pm

This nourishing Friday evening experience begins with gentle yin yoga at the lakeside, followed by time to unwind in the sauna. It’s a chance to release the week, calm your nervous system, and ease into the weekend feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Sundays: Arise & Energise Yoga at the Lakeside & Sauna

9.00am – 10.30am

Arise & Energise is a soulful morning yoga class designed to awaken the body, boost energy, and help you step into your day feeling clear, grounded, and empowered. Expect mindful movement, breathwork, and an energising flow that leaves you feeling alive without overwhelmed.

Suitable for all levels, with options offered throughout.

What to Bring

  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable clothing you can move in
  • A light layer for the beginning or end of class
  • Towel
  • Swimwear for sauna if needed
  • Flip flops or easy slip-on shoes
  • A blanket or extra cosy layer for savasana if you’d like

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

If you have any injuries, medical concerns, or are pregnant, please let me know in advance. Beginners are very welcome.
